When will I see B2B prices?

After approval and login to your account. We activate B2B mode after verification within 24 hours. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application.

Do B2C benefits also apply to the B2B program?

They do not. The B2B program is intended for business purchases (Company ID, VAT ID) and has its own terms. Benefits intended for end customers (e.g. the welcome discount upon registration) are canceled when you submit the application for inclusion in B2B.

Is inclusion in the B2B program automatic after registration?

It is not. Before inclusion in the B2B program, verification takes place and we approve the account within 24 hours. Users are informed by email.

Can I shop without the B2B program?

Yes, as a standard end customer. Either as an unregistered user or as a registered user without applying for inclusion in the B2B program.

I purchase under a business ID, do different terms apply?

Yes, business purchases are governed by the B2B mode within the B2B program (B2B terms).

Is registration free?

Yes. Registration is free and takes less than a minute. To be included in the B2B program, you need to have an account in the Enduro4all.cz eShop and at the same time apply for inclusion in B2B.

What happens with my data?

We use your email to send information, program updates, discounts, and news. Consent is voluntary and you can withdraw it at any time. However, we recommend keeping these communications enabled.
