Tire Air Control System BETA TACS

Air Control System by TACS-PRO Racing is a complete system that helps to automatically inflate and deflate the rear tire. It allows you to preset and save optimal pressures for technical sections and fast passages, and switch between them while riding. The compressor, located near the air filter, continuously measures and regulates the pressure to your set values. Control is carried out via the original turn signal switch of your motorcycle (not included).

How does the system work?

The tire pressure control system is operated using the display mounted on the handlebars and the original switch for the turn signals, which serves as a shortcut using 3 positions: left, center, and right.

Pressure adjustment

The system offers 2 predefined target pressure values - LOW and HIGH. You can set these target values according to your needs within the pressure range of 0 - 0.8 bar. If you need to manually adjust the tire pressure (while maintaining the target values), select the middle position of the turn signal switch and use the UP or DOWN buttons to manually adjust the values.

The control unit provides you with constant feedback via a digital screen and 2 additional LEDs for pressure status:

• LOW additional wheel weight: only 660 g
• ULTRA LOW ENERGY CONSUMPTION: 12 V, 1.5 A (less than a radiator fan)
• NO ENERGY CONSUMPTION when the compressor is inactive

We recommend

Use the original KTM turn signal switch even on BETA motorcycles. It is smaller and easier to reach with your left thumb than the original BETA turn signal switch.

TIP: For best results, we recommend using it with ​​Tubliss 18", but it can also be used with Lucioli and a standard inner tube.

Installation:

• In the package, you will receive detailed assembly instructions and all parts for installation.
• Installation takes approximately 2.5 hours.

Before you start

• Remove the seat and fuel tank.
• Open the airbox – remove the left and right covers.
• Remove the rear wheel.
• Remove the brake caliper and its bracket.
• Remove the right rear wheel bearing.
